The building complex is located in the industrial area named Owendo, near the port, in the southwest part of Libreville.

This kind of industrial complex construction will enable selling of final products instead of raw materials on the market.

Until now, the annual production was about 50,000 m3. By investing in reinforcement of new and moder production lines, the annual production capacity is expected to reach 250,000 m3.

The entire surface of the factory is 111,970 m2, being divided into areas where modern technological lines of the plant are designed to receive and develop the quantities of truncated 50 m3/16h provided for slicing, on a surface of 4,680 m2, and 400 m3/16h for unwinding and sawing 230m3/16h, on a surface of 18,548 m2.
